Day "15"
Two blood transfusions, one platelet transfusion...just another day in the life of Jeff Andrus! A blood test showed that Jeff still had methotrexate in his system, so the Doc told us not to be alarmed if he didn't start producing bone marrow this week! It may take a few days longer! Only time will tell.

we are still praying for you things will work out!
Don't get discouraged...things rarely go "textbook." You know, Jeff is really getting a lot of experience right now that he can use for good in counseling kids when he gets better. My niece Nikki McLaws had him as a counselor at school and thought he was so cool. We continue to pray for you and I hope that you are allowing people to serve you in all the ways they offer to....that was a hard thing for me to get used to when my mom was sick....but it's such a blessing for everyone involved. Take care!
This is Amber Guerisoli, I just found out about Jeff! Wow, he has been through so much, you both have. I am so sorry, and wanted you to know that we will be praying for you both.
